The entire process from when I first met him to the successful recovery of my hip replacement was all very smooth. As one who has not had a lot of surgeries I was a bit nervous when I made the decision to get my hip replaced. But, I knew I was in the hands of a very capable and highly competent surgeon who has hired the best team. TCO has the EXCEL process down to a science. Dr. Kirksson has done a couple of injections and more recently an EMG in January, 2020. His injections were painless. The EMG, which is mildly uncomfortable no matter what a physician does went great. Excellent technique. He really puts you at ease and has a calm confident approach to things. Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I really felt that he actually cared about me personally and I wasn’t just another “procedure”. I myself, having been in the medical profession for many, many years, appreciate the quality of care I received by Dr. Kirksson. Thank you!

During my consultation with Dr. Tanner he spoke to me with confidence and concern. He described my condition and gave me a variety of options and supported my decision for surgery. My 23-year old son accompanied me to surgery and we were both very impressed and appreciative of the amount of time Dr. Tanner spent with us in pre-op. He asked questions, answered questions, spoke in understandable terminology, but was never condescending. He followed up with my son pot-op as well. My care from Dr. Tanner and his team has been excellent.

Dr. Harris performed spine surgery on me to alleviate a compressed L4-L5 vertebrae. I would have the surgery done again in a heartbeat. I am now able to walk, swim and move about in a more normal way. His surgical skill is remarkable and his personal care with his patients, his surgical team and the nurses is widely appreciated. Thanks to his listening skills and his ability to interpret, the procedure it was comforting to have him as my surgeon.

After two years of continued pain in my left shoulder, my family doctor set me up with an appointment with Dr. Norberg. He found I needed a reverse shoulder replacement. His thoroughness in all aspects was noticeable from the start. When I asked him how long the operation would take, his comment was “As long as it takes to be perfect”. That’s when I knew I was having the right person do the surgery. He takes the time to answer all your questions and is very good at explaining in layman’s terms what’s going on. If the time comes when I need my right shoulder replaced, I’ll have him do that one too.

Visited TCO in late November 2019 and saw Dr. Hunt for a sore shoulder. I thought it was related to an old rotor cuff repair but instead was a wore out joint. I had the shoulder replacement done 12/11/19 and was home in one day. Other than the surgical block I needed no other pain meds. Dr. Hunt and the EXCEL Program were great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Diekmann for almost 20 years. Every time I see him, even if it’s been two or three years since my previous visit, he always acts like I’m his only patient. He always makes me feel comfortable, listens to my issues, and involves me in my care plan.

I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Owen O’Neill and his staff. On March 5th, 2020 I had a hip replacement surgery. Prior to the surgery I was in a lot of pain when I walked. I enjoy taking walks and being active. The surgery has changed my life. I am walking pain free. I had put off doing the surgery because I didn’t want to be out of work and have a long recovery. I was amazed how fast I was up and walking again. I am 57 and was born with hip deformation. I am so grateful for Dr. O’Neill for giving me my life back. My only regret is that I didn’t do this years ago.
