I had my first hip replacement in August of 2017 and my second one done in June of 2018. Dr. Brian O’Neill is simply the best of the best. I had so much pain leading up to both surgeries and after both surgeries, I needed no pain meds other than Advil and Tylenol. Dr. O’Neill literally gives you your life back.

Dr. Vorlicky and his staff are amazing. It’s been eight weeks and my new knee feels great. I am ready to schedule the other knee and I know I will receive outstanding care.

He and his staff were very kind and explained the procedure well. I did my physical therapy at the TCO in Waconia which got me up and around quickly. Dr. David Anderson is simply the “BEST “. With his expertise in surgery and his guidance throughout the whole procedure, I have been given a new lease on life. I had both of my hips replaced by Dr. Chris Meyer at Ridgeview Medical Center. I had an excellent experience and felt that I was well cared for throughout the process from Dr. Meyer’s physician’s assistant, to Dr. Meyer and his surgical team, and finally to the Ridgeview team post-surgery. Dr. Owen O’Neill has performed two knee replacement surgeries for me. The first one was in August 2015 and the other was February 2018. He did an incredible job on both of them and I am very happy that the results have been so successful. He always explained everything clearly and was always open to questions. I have recommended him to friends that are considering replacement surgery. His team was very supportive through the process and I am more than grateful to him and TCO!!

I met Dr. Hunt in 2016 at the Minneapolis VA where I was referred to him as being a doctor who could handle difficult cases. I had been treated at the VA for over 6 months for shoulder pain without resolution and without a good diagnosis. Dr. Hunt got me an MRI, and very quickly diagnosed a full thickness supraspinatus tendon tear that had happened several months earlier with resultant muscle atrophy. He helped me negotiate the VA system – which said they could schedule surgery in six months – to get referred out to his clinic where I got the arthroscopic shoulder repair surgery much more quickly. Recovery was almost miraculous, literally pain free after two days.

Then, the knees. Both knees had had meniscus cartilage removal/repair between 45 and 50 years ago. Both were bone on bone, arthritic and causing much pain.   After looking at the X-rays he simply asked, “Which one first?” I had a full knee replacement on left knee in January 2017 and another on my right knee in January 2018 by Dr. Hunt, Nick and the rest of his excellent team. Was only in hospital about 30 hours (one night) with the right knee. I am now moving without pain and doing things I have not been able to do for years. And I am a 75 year old man!!! Riding bicycle, climbing ladders, doing heavy building work, etc. are all in my weekly routine.

Dr. Hunt, Nick and the rest of the team display such skill, compassion, humor and overall pleasant demeanor that I would not hesitate one moment in recommending them for any potential patient.

This was the 4th joint replacement that I had done by Dr. Szalapski. He has been treating me since 2010 and I have always been treated very well. His skills have helped me regain my mobility. Thank you for all your concern and great care.

Dr. Joe Nemanich and his physician assistant, Ashley, have given me so much high quality advice and assistance with my various joint issues that it’s hard to do a simple story. Dr. Nemanich has replaced two knees and handled a follow-up repair surgery and Ashley does the best job on knee injections. They are an excellent, highly informative team and have kept me mobile through a long journey dealing with pain from many athletic injuries in my younger life. I can’t say enough good things about them. I consider them, and all of Dr. Nemanich and Ashley’s support staff at TCO, a true blessing in my life.
