Everyday my wife and I are so thankful for TCO and the great doctors and personnel. Both my wife and I had a knee replacement performed by Dr. Comfort and his great team. We are now pain-free and can enjoy doing things without worrying about our ability to walk the distance or climb the stairs. With 5 grandchildren, we can enjoy them even more now and to go places that we would not go prior to surgery. Everyone you meet at TCO makes you feel so good!

The staff at TCO Chaska and Waconia offer the highest patient experience and I am so glad that we received care there. Dr. Meyer is a top-notch orthopedic surgeon. I completed all of my pre-op and post-op rehab exercises, and together, the teamwork paid off. I highly recommend Dr. Meyer and his team to anyone needing orthopedic care. I was referred to Dr. Saterbak about 7 years ago by my primary physician. My physician raved about Dr. Saterbak’ and her team. My knees were in rough shape and I have a family history of bad knees. At that time, Dr. Saterbak advised me that I would have to have my knees replaced at a very young age. After two knee scopes and rounds of cortisone shots, I had both knees replaced in 2021.

I am almost 6 weeks post-op after my second knee replacement and I feel like a new person. I did not realize how much pain I had been in. Dr. Saterbak and her team Dana and Sarah have been amazing throughout the entire time I’ve been under their care.

Dr. O’Neill replaced both of my knees. The surgeries went well and the physical therapy at TCO was effective and painless. Just 8 weeks after the second surgery, I am walking without a cane…pain free! Dr. O’Neill and his team are wonderful.

I met Dr. Szalapski a few years ago during a routine treatment for hip pain. His approach from diagnosis to treatment really impressed me, and the results were excellent. In March 2021, after a great week of skiing out west, my knee began to hurt and I made an appointment with Dr. Szalapski for a checkup. X-rays verified that a knee replacement was required and the procedure was scheduled for mid-summer.

Prior to the surgery, he gave me a number of exercises to strengthen key muscle groups which turned out to be extremely beneficial in later recovery. The surgery was completed and ten days later I was mowing my lawn. I also just completed a 20-mile bike ride after 8 weeks! Dr. Szalapski has great bed-side manner as well, making visits enjoyable. And his team, Tracy and Jessica, are very supportive and responsive. It was a great experience and great outcome.

In July of 2020, Dr. Gulli performed a knee replacement on my right knee. The next month, Dr. Gulli did knee replacement on my left knee. I cannot thank Dr. Gulli enough for taking my pain away. I am now able to walk without any pain. Dr. Gulli and his team are wonderful.

I had great results from my total knee replacement. I couldn’t even walk one block before surgery and now I can walk a mile without difficulty and I am only six weeks post-surgery. Dr. Meyer‘s team has treated me so well. I have recommended him to many friends and family. Dr. Meyer changed my life.

It’s been one year since my total knee replacements. I had my first one repaired on Oct 23, 2020 and the other one on Dec 3, 2020, exactly 6 weeks apart. I cannot say enough about the care that I received from Dr. Barry, the EXCEL Program nursing team, my physical therapist, Chris Kuhn, and Rebecca Munson, PA. The kindness shown to me during this time was amazing!

On my first visit with Dr. Barry, I expressed to him how important it was for me to get back to normal life, which included kickboxing. He thought that was possible to attain with hard work. With the direction of Chris and a list of at home physical therapy, I went back to kickboxing in March of 2021 and it feels amazing. I could not have done this without the help of this wonderful team! For the first time in a very long time, I have straight legs and almost pain free!!! Thank you everyone!!!
