I wanted to share my experience for anyone who might be apprehensive or concerned about their surgery.  I was at TCO Eagan on August 7, 2023. My experience from start to finish was incredibly positive. Dr. O’Neill and his entire team, Isabel, Ann and the TCO team went above and beyond my expectations. I did a ton of research on the surgery I wanted and Dr. O’Neill was with me step by step. The preparation well in advance of surgery, information throughout the process, the thoughtfulness and support from the team the entire time was phenomenal. My left hip was bone on bone and I could barely walk to the mailbox. Today, I feel as if my hip is brand new. I am back in the game and my quality of life is amazing. Thank you really isn’t enough to say how grateful I am to Dr. O’Neill and the entire team.

I have been a patient of Dr. Meyer for 15 years. In this time he has given me relief from pain with seven successful surgeries (both hips, both knees, shoulder, arm, and a severely fractured ankle and foot). Dr. Meyer and his PA, Sommer Vaughn, have always been very caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable about my care. They listened to me as a patient and plans were made for necessary surgeries. These surgeries have enabled me to continue to enjoy a normal life in my later years. I am now 83 years young, enjoying my husband of 65 years, 4 children, 9 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Dr. Michalik did an outstanding job of doing the rhizotomy on my low back. The pain prior to the procedure made it very difficult to sleep and sit. I am now able to sleep and it has been a real game changer. I am so grateful to Dr. Michalik and his entire team. Thank you!

I have one word – AMAZING! I have never met a more caring, professional care team all the way around. I had both knees replaced 8 weeks apart this summer. Dr. Arntson walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with the plan. The process of scheduling and the EXCEL program is hands down the BEST experience I have ever had. I felt very prepared going into surgery. By 6 weeks on both knees, I was walking without assistance and exceeded my flexion and extension goals. It is not as scary as people make it out to be. For the first time in 25+ years I have no pain. He has changed my life and I will forever be grateful to him and all the care team members!

In August of 2022, my shattered tibia plateau was repaired by Dr. Nielsen. I carried 28 pieces of steel in my leg until April of 2023. I was able to ride my bicycle again in June of 2023 and walk further than a lot of people on a very regular basis thanks to Dr. Nielsen’s care and expert surgical skills. Twin Cities Orthopedics and patients are going to be very grateful for Dr. Nielsen’s expertise.

My husband had two complete knee replacements by Dr. Ridley this year. His choice for orthopedic doctors was the best! Dr. Ridley is not only an outstanding surgeon, but his professionalism and follow up care ranks five stars also. I met Adam Grafa through my fabulous wife Jennifer, who was training for a higher level in Krav Maga, (a very physically active, defensive type “martial art”). After explaining my injuries, current condition, and desires, Adam started me on a custom stretching and exercise regimen. At the end of my first hour with Adam, literally, all of the pain in my upper body disappeared. That was 21 weeks ago, and the pain has not returned. We are working on my lower half where most of the injuries have occurred.

The next huge milestone was my ability to stand up straight, which apparently I was unable to do for more than 20 years. That occurred at the end of my 4th week of training with Adam. Bear in mind, I am dealing with injuries to the right side of my body from my shoulder to my ankle that have occurred and persisted over 35 years. My goal is to get as close to 100% as possible. With Adam’s outstanding coaching and guidance, and his tremendous ability to match exercises and stretches to the needs of the day, I am confident I will reach a level of fitness that may not be 100%, but will be far higher than I could reach alone. Adam is truly a Master at what he does and I very highly commend and recommend him. He is clearly one of the best. TCO should be very proud to have Adam Grafa onboard.

Thank you, Adam! I had much less pain all day yesterday and woke up like I used to one month ago. My nerves do remind me of my stenosis, but my quality of life is so much better. My spirit is up and I’m busy doing normal life things, not moping with pain. Your tricks are working! I’m so glad you care and are thoughtful. I’m thankful for you.

With Adam Grafa’s help, I passed the P3 Krav Maga test at age 58. It took 3.5 hours and I definitely could not have done it without him! I’m stronger and healthier now than I have been in decades. Thank you, Adam!

Dr. Busse is a wonderful provider and a caring man. He helped me get my life back after I had a terrible experience with a previous surgeon. He listens to you and really wants to help you. I am now driving 140 miles round trip just to keep him as my provider. I recommend Dr. Busse to everyone.
