If you ever need knee replacement, Dr. Ockuly is the one to see. He and his Physician Assistant, Annie Merrill, are so kind and caring. They put you at ease, explain what to expect and then deliver on it. They know their stuff! I would recommend them to anyone. I had my left knee replaced in May 2022 and my right one in November 2022. They both went amazing well and recovery, while I wouldn’t say it was a breeze, was much easier than I anticipated. Dr. Arthur performed my knee replacement surgery on June 9, 2022. This past month, my wife and I went on a hiking trip to Sedona AZ. Six months to the day after my surgery, I spent three days hiking in the desert and mountains of Arizona. I just wanted to say thank you to the whole team there at TCO and the EXCEL program. Last year I would not have been able to take that trip.

Dr. O’Neill performed my total knee replacement and 1.5 years later, I could not be happier. He performed a flawless surgery and as a result, I can walk and lightly run now. I am 100% pain free and walk endlessly almost every day. The TCO post-surgery and physical therapy was of the highest quality and I attribute my ability to walk again with these folks too. I had an extremely favorable experience with Dr. O’Neill and the TCO team. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing knee or hip issues.

In April and November of 2022, I had my long overdue knees replaced by Dr. Chris Meyer and his great staff at TCO. I am only 1 week into recovery with my second replacement and I am so grateful to have Dr. Meyer and TCO execute everything perfectly. I know the process ahead takes plenty of hard work and time, but I couldn’t ask for a better team than Dr. Meyer, Sommer, Tammy, and Greg and the crew at the TCO Performance Center for expert PT.

Dr. Jeffery Mair has been my provider for the last few years, managing my osteoarthritis in my left knee. After exhausting cortisone injections to manage pain, I had knee replacement surgery September 20, 2022. He did an amazing job completing my surgery. My pain was managed and he was kind, professional and personable every step of the way. My sister recommended him and I had a much better recovery this time (as opposed to when I had my right knee done in 2016 by another surgeon). I had my left knee replaced a little over a year ago. I could not be more satisfied! I have no pain or limitation. Yesterday I walked all 18 holes golfing. I would highly recommend Dr. O’Neill to anyone who is having knee problems.

I have been under the care of Dr. Lewis and Libby Witchger, PA-C for several years with knee issues. I had a very busy life for a long time and surgery was not in the cards, so I had several cortisone shots to both knees that served me well. However, both Dr. Lewis and Libby knew the correct answer all along and were very supportive in my decision. The time came where the cortisone shots didn’t last and the pain caused my lifestyle to change drastically.

Libby would listen to me and always be so supportive in helping me walk through this. She was incredibly patient. Everything they said that would happen, did happen. My knee just couldn’t get me through the day anymore. I’ll be honest, I was somewhat in fear of the surgery itself which was a huge factor for me. I was so grateful knowing I had Dr. Lewis and Libby doing the surgery. The surgery, the tremendous support (throughout all these years) and after care was absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for better care. I will always be grateful for all that these two have done for me. Eventually the other knee will have to be replaced and I will have no reservations the second time around and hope to have the same team again. Thank you Dr. Lewis and Libby. You are amazing!

I  lived with knee pain for at least 74 years. The past 5 years have been really bad. I finally decided to do something about it. I can’t thank the staff at TCO and Dr. Arntson enough for changing my life. I had a total knee replacement 6 weeks ago and what a difference it has made! I can now go up and down flights of stairs normally. Long walks and talks with my husband are a daily treat, since before I really couldn’t walk due to the pain. I can walk the aisles at the grocery store. Cooking recipes that require over 5 minutes to cook are a pleasure since I can stand to make them.

However, most importantly, I can be the grandma my grandchildren deserve and love. I only missed 3 weeks of babysitting due to surgery. Those first hugs when I returned were worth it. This surgery was life changing for me. I only wish I would have done it sooner.

Dr. Meyer and TCO staff deserve a million pats on the back and a verbal stream of thank yous. His team has a combination of professionalism and care. The team members involved run like a well oiled gear. They were invested in my knee replacement and are doing the same for others too. They are doing an awe-inspiring job meeting and dealing with patients in a time when their anxiety is high and uncertainty abounds. Oh and the team of nurses, physician assistants, surgical team, therapists, etc. have caught that caring spirit as well. They are wonderful.

I’m sharing a tub full of “thanks” for making a difference in my life. God can’t be everywhere so he sent doctors!

My most recent surgery with Dr. Hunt was truly amazing. I dislocated my kneecap when I was out of state, 4 weeks after my total knee replacement. I was out of network and getting quite a bit of conflicting and distressing diagnoses from medical folks in the state I was in. Dr. Hunt said to come back and he’d fix me up. I travelled back (an adventure in and of itself) and he assessed, made a game plan and got me fixed. He and his team were great. The experience was very distressing and the fact I had Dr. Hunt to help me was phenomenally reassuring. So far, he’s fixed my right shoulder, replaced both knees and did the last-minute fix up of my dislocated kneecap as described above. I am beyond grateful. He has been kind, nice, efficient, knowledgeable and fun to have as my surgeon. Can’t speak highly enough about him and his team. Dr. Hunt has also done surgery on 3 of my friends’ (knees and shoulders) and they have all had great experiences too.
