Great experience from the time Heather called me back to the room. Visit ran very smoothly with very little waiting. Heather was very informative about how the visit would go and what the follow up timeline would be. I was given contact info and the assurance that should an urgent need arise; all voice mails are checked several times a day and Dr. Frattalone is very responsive with returning calls. Dr. Frattalone was a great listener, asked appropriate questions and ensured that all my questions were answered before I left. Corinne in the lab did a fantastic job drawing multiple vials with one stick. Despite this being my initial visit, needing labs drawn and multiple x-ray views I was out of there with a follow up scheduled in about an hour.  My rheumatology consult experience with TCO is that it is a well-run and well-timed facility with knowledgeable people.

Care from Dr. Sharon Frattalone and her team is top-notch. From the thorough exam to the complete care plan, I feel like they know me and are committed to my well-being. I am blessed to have them as the foundation for my health journey.

What a great experience. I checked in, was immediately taken to the exam room, and prescreened by the nurse. She left, and Dr. Eric Miller walked in within a minute. I can’t recall another appointment where all the staff were so prompt. Dr. Miller was empathetic, attentive, and seemed genuinely interested. I’m hoping I don’t have to return, but if do, I’m confident I’ll be in good hands.

Both rheumatology and infusion appointments always go smoothly. I always feel comfortable and can trust that I am listened to and also well-informed by all staff and Dr. Marc Nolan. My only feedback is that a restroom closer to the infusion suite would be ideal.

I have seen Dr. Paul Sufka for several years for (unfortunately) multiple conditions. I see him as an expert in diagnosis and corresponding treatment. He is an excellent communicator, both in listening and explaining, and is truly interested in making things better. I have visited dozens of physicians in my time, and Dr. Sufka is the best.

Dr. Shammash kindly and carefully helped me get back on track with proper and consistent care of advancing knee osteoarthritis. She is friendly, precise, and clear in her suggestions and directions. I have 100% trust in TCO and with each care provider assigned to me as these aging issues occur.

I love Dr. Miller and his care coordinator, Wendi! Dr. Miller is so nice and thorough, making every visit a very pleasant experience. He’s very caring, kind and good listener. Same for Wendi. She is the BEST at drawing blood! She never leaves a mark or bruise on my arm. That’s a special skill to have and is very much appreciated, especially when you don’t have the best veins to choose from! I HIGHLY recommend them for any kind of treatment you may need. I’m so glad they are my team.

Dr. Nolan is incredible! He took the time to listen to my health issues and how my arthritis was limiting me. He provided me with a great education on types of arthritis and next steps on how best to treat it. He did more for me in one visit than I’ve had in the past five years combined. My joints literally have not been pain-free without swelling in over 5 years! I’m once again looking forward to living an active lifestyle in my retirement years. Thank you, Dr Nolan!

I have been a patient of Dr. Joseph Bert since 2016. From day one, I felt a caring relationship with him. It was as if Dr. Bert was my son’s best friend and he promised my son he would take good care of me. He makes me feel special! He has a wonderful gift of making the patient feel comfortable and deserving of his attention. Dr. Bert is an excellent listener and makes you feel that your health does matter to him. You’re not just another body.

Dr. Bert has always been considering a better or more economical treatment for my arthritis. I have known Dr. Bert’s Care Coordinator, Jesse G. for as long as I have known Dr. Bert. My experience with Jesse has been equally rewarding in the way she makes me feel comfortable and significant. She is dedicated to her profession and continues furthering her career through higher education. I admire her for this. Jesse, like Dr. Bert makes me feel special. Together they are an awesome team. It’s a good day for me when I know I’m going to see Dr. Bert and Jesse. They make me feel good and that’s so welcomed in today’s world.
