These are the most wonderful doctor and nurses I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Arntson did my surgery and here I am, 5 weeks later, feeling like he gave me a new lease on life. I’m more active now than I have been in years. Dr. Arntson gave me my life back, as did the wonderful staff at the hospital, the clinic, and my physical therapist. Dr. Allan Hunt and his staff did a great job with my surgery and explaining everything to know before, during, and after surgery. Everyone was very friendly and professional. With every question I had, they answered it right away and made me feel so comfortable with surgery. I feel so great now and am glad they helped me through this process. This experience has been what I was hoping for. After doing extensive research on most highly recommended surgeons for knee replacement, I was fortunate enough to get in to see Dr. Owen O’Neill at TCO. Everything was explained in detail, a class was offered, I was given support people to call with my pre-and post-surgery questions (and believe me I had many). The compassion, care, intelligence, skill, was unsurpassed and beyond my expectation. The physical therapy support at TCO was sensational. I had many concerns and they were addressed. I was encouraged and custom therapy sessions were given to me by their outstanding staff and reassurance that I was progressing was given.

An outstanding PT person at TCO Edina, was Kari. She knew when I was struggling, frustrated and encouraged me that the outcome would be worth it. It was. Few things I would recommend to others: wait to see a quality surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Owen O’Neill, and I am very particular and do my research. Rent an ice machine for after care. Do your physical therapy on schedule. Find ways to comfortably elevate your leg and sleep. Book all your physical therapy appointments with people that you are can relate to and understand you and are patient. Check with the doctor if you are concerned. I was skeptical if this was the right course of action and there is no doubt in my mind now, it was the best decision.

I had a left total knee surgery on November 8th at Two Twelve Medical Center. The pre-op and post-op care was absolutely amazing. Before surgery I was very well informed what was going to be done and what to expect. Post-surgery I have not had pain but just some tightness/stiffness, which is to be expected. I could not be happier with Dr. Meyer and the care I received. Six weeks after surgery, I was walking (no limping) and can do everything except running and play pickleball, which I will be starting again! Do as they say, and you will do fabulous. I could not be happier. Thank you Dr. Meyer, my Physical Therapy crew (Megan & Max), and the whole pre- and post-op care personnel. They are the best!

I had a left knee replacement in September 2020 and my right knee was done in September 2022. Both knee replacements were completed by Dr. Owen O’Neill. First of all, his team is exceptional! His care team called me at home to address questions I sent via email. His care coordinator, Ann, is the best in the business! They had fast replies to my  questions, even when I stated it wasn’t an emergency. After my left knee surgery, I was hitting golf balls in the garage after two months and golfing in Florida after three months. With my right knee, I am playing pickleball and golfing in the simulator after two months.

As those of you who have had knee replacements know, it’s a tough few weeks but it’s well worth it! Stick to your physical therapy. I doubled up on PT at home, going above what they advised, and bought a cheap stationary bike to improve my range of motion. I’m looking forward to walking 18 holes again in the summer. If you’re thinking of getting knee replacement, don’t wait! I can’t recommend Dr. O’Neill, Isabel and Ann enough! They’re the best. I should mention, I’ve seen some ugly scars when people have a knee replacement, but my scars are barely noticeable because Dr. O’Neil uses glue instead of staples. That’s just another reason to choose him!

If you ever need knee replacement, Dr. Ockuly is the one to see. He and his Physician Assistant, Annie Merrill, are so kind and caring. They put you at ease, explain what to expect and then deliver on it. They know their stuff! I would recommend them to anyone. I had my left knee replaced in May 2022 and my right one in November 2022. They both went amazing well and recovery, while I wouldn’t say it was a breeze, was much easier than I anticipated. Thank you, Dr. Ockuly and Annie for amazing treatment and care!

Dr. Arthur performed my knee replacement surgery on June 9, 2022. This past month, my wife and I went on a hiking trip to Sedona AZ. Six months to the day after my surgery, I spent three days hiking in the desert and mountains of Arizona. I just wanted to say thank you to the whole team there at TCO and the EXCEL program. Last year I would not have been able to take that trip.

Dr. O’Neill performed my total knee replacement and 1.5 years later, I could not be happier. He performed a flawless surgery and as a result, I can walk and lightly run now. I am 100% pain free and walk endlessly almost every day. The TCO post-surgery and physical therapy was of the highest quality and I attribute my ability to walk again with these folks too. I had an extremely favorable experience with Dr. O’Neill and the TCO team. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing knee or hip issues.

In April and November of 2022, I had my long overdue knees replaced by Dr. Chris Meyer and his great staff at TCO. I am only 1 week into recovery with my second replacement and I am so grateful to have Dr. Meyer and TCO execute everything perfectly. I know the process ahead takes plenty of hard work and time, but I couldn’t ask for a better team than Dr. Meyer, Sommer, Tammy, and Greg and the crew at the TCO Performance Center for expert PT.

Dr. Jeffery Mair has been my provider for the last few years, managing my osteoarthritis in my left knee. After exhausting cortisone injections to manage pain, I had knee replacement surgery September 20, 2022. He did an amazing job completing my surgery. My pain was managed and he was kind, professional and personable every step of the way.
