I herniated a disc in my C spine in the fall and experienced terrible pain and numbness down my right arm. I saw Dr. Bjerke, who immediately got MRIs done and recommended rest, then a course of PT. He did an excellent job. I feel completely better and I just completed a 1/2 marathon. I am thankful to TCO for helping me when I was so worried a few months back!

My testimonial is that I was in so much pain when I went in to see Dr. Szalapski. He informed me that I needed a hip replacement, which I tried very hard to avoid. In the end, I had no choice but to have my hip replaced. I am so glad Dr. Szalapski was the one do perform my hip replacement but now my horrible pain is gone and I am already looking forward to a healthier lifestyle. The care that I received from the Dr. Szalapski and his staff was very outstanding. A job well done.

Dr. Szalapski has replaced both of my knees and one tendon repair for my shoulder. He has also replaced both hips and a knee for my wife. Her other knee is set for replacement next month! The results of each of these surgeries have been quite rewarding, with NO complications. I would highly recommend considering Dr. Szalapski for any surgeries that involve a joint repair or replacement. A no nonsense Dr. that will give you the facts without the pressure to proceed.

I’ve had some debilitating back and right hip issues and finally found Dr. Crowe. He actually listened and spent time trying to figure out what was going on. After an X-ray, it was determined I have some degenerative spine issues. He suggested trying an epidural spine shot and after a month it started feeling better. Now, I have started exercising again. It may come back but now I feel I’ve found a doctor who will listen and be there for me when it flares back up again. My next step is to strengthen my core and get back in shape to lessen any future issues. Thanks Dr. Crowe.

Dr. Erik Wetter, words will never be enough to thank you and your staff! When I broke my fibula bone, I was told at the emergency room that it would be 10-12 weeks before I could even put pressure on my leg. My wife and I for sure thought our RV trailer was going to sit out this year. When we went in to my appointment in December 2017, your staff made me feel so relaxed from the minute I arrived. Dr. Wetter told me the best option was surgery but promised I would be putting weight on my leg in 6 weeks and walking in 8 weeks! And he kept his promise.

Thanks so much to you and your staff for never making me feel like a patient but a family member. And a special thanks to Kelli Greene and Lisa P. Both of you have always explained everything and took your time to make sure I understood everything. The only bad experience I had was when Kelli said I did not have to come back anymore because I was healed. Thank you again! I am excited to be able to enjoy 2018.

Dr. Tanner is a great doctor. He is knowledgeable and takes the time for his patients. He has great bedside manners and is open to any question that may arise. My family loved how he explained things through his post-op. Follow up care was great as well! I would recommend Dr. Tanner to anyone including my friends and family!!!

At 31 years of age, I tore my biceps at the beginning of my 13th season playing rugby. I had surprisingly never suffered a major injury before. I’ll never quit playing sports, and I knew I needed to find an experienced surgeon to sew me back together. Dr. Kelly was able to operate within 72 hours of my injury. I literally cannot recommend him enough. He and PA-C Lindsey Anderson are simply the best. They were professional, efficient and caring.

I followed his treatment plan and was back to lifting weights within a few months. Now, less than a year post-op, I am returning to national-level sport competition. My arm is stronger than ever and his experience and skill are the reason.

If you suffer any kind of sporting injury to your upper extremities, Dr. Edward Kelly is the surgeon to see. Period.

My hip surgeries performed by Dr. Knowlan have allowed me to return to a completely normal life style; doing the activities I want to do without pain.  It has been wonderful.

Met Dr. O’Neill many years ago and he has provided care on both knees from start to finish. Dr O’Neill, Bethany and Jen have been an amazing staff to work with. My life has changed with 2 brand new knees! The physical therapy department, Kyle and Eric were a team that helped me regain my strength and worked with me to get through exercises that were not always pleasant, but necessary to get me back on the road to recovery! 40 years ago I had a major knee injury. Basically, I had to live with it and make the best of the situation until (as several orthopedists told me) I knew it was time to do a knee replacement. Last year that time came, and I researched my options regarding locations and orthopedists to perform this procedure. I felt my best option was the EXCEL program at TCO with Dr. Kruse. The EXCEL program is well designed for a person that is motivated to do the work necessary to regain their quality of life. In EXCEL, TCO is there in every step along the way to support you. It’s not easy… it’s hard work… but you always have the TCO staff, as well as the structure of the EXCEL program, to guide you through the journey. Dr. Kruse was great to work with. He was very honest and open about what he could do, and what I needed to do, to make this a success. He has been very supportive and caring through the entire experience. One thing I really liked about EXCEL was the fact that everything I did was “in-house” through TCO and I didn’t need to go anywhere else. Another benefit of this structure was I made one payment to TCO and didn’t have to deal with a mountain of invoices from many different providers.
