I had open carpal tunnel release surgery done on both wrists with Dr. Dwivedi, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I am feeling very good and my grip strength is almost back to 100%. After a knuckle injury in October 2024, I underwent two failed surgeries with a different medical provider to repair my right index finger knuckle. I ended up having a life?threatening infection and had to have a third surgery to remove the hardware. I was mentally and physically drained and in constant pain.

In August 2025, I was referred to Dr. Koch at Twin Cities Orthopedics by numerous people. At that point, the pain had become unbearable, yet the thought of another surgery felt almost impossible for me mentally and emotionally. Dr. Koch was amazing! Although she delivered devastating news, that the knuckle was irreparable and would need to be removed, she did so with compassion and honesty. I was devastated, to say the least.

After much thought, I chose to move forward and had the surgery to remove the knuckle in September 2025. I still have one remaining surgery to remove the plate and screws. Despite everything, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Koch. Her care, professionalism, and empathy made an overwhelming situation manageable. I am so truly grateful to her, her assistant Christine, and the wonderful team at TCO. Twin Cities Orthopedics is a physician?owned organization with numerous clinics, and they are truly night and day compared to corporate?owned facilities.
