I went 36 years of life without any surgeries. I finally broke my wrist snowboarding, went to TCO because I had heard good things. Dr. Mark Fischer took care of it quickly, it was a good experience. I ran my thumb through a table saw shortly after the wrist healed. I then snapped the tendon as soon as I began using it again, and seeking a specialist like Dr. Fischer helped repaired the tendon and used the opportunity to remove the metal plate in my wrist from our prior surgery. His physical therapy team was great, and everything works as it should. See a specialist, get it done right the first time.

Dr. Aundrea Rainville promptly diagnosed my carpal tunnel syndome and referred me to TCO’s Dr. Eric Kirksson for nerve tests. These revealed the cubital tunnel compression as well.

Dr. Rainville performed the surgery two weeks ago with conservative anesthesia and excellent nursing care at High Point Surgery. The physician therapy xercises are working, and I expect a full recovery.

No post-op medicine is required.

Dr. Etasha Bhatt performed surgery on my right ring finger which was badly injured due to a sport-related injury. The surgery went well, and I was on the path to healing soon after. It did not take long to get home, everything was quick and smooth. I was able to get follow-up appointments soon enough. Dr. Mark Fischer is an amazing physician and I’m eternally grateful for his care. My left wrist was injured several decades ago while training in Coronado, California to become a U.S. Navy SEAL. When I reached my early 50’s my injury had caught up with me. At age 63 and after excellent treatment and care over the last decade, I’ve been able to avoid surgery and can use my hand properly which allows me to fully engage in my career with minimal problems. Dr. Fischer is amazing and is always so generous with his time and expertise. I’m extremely thankful for the care and compassion he provides me every time I see him. Our family has seen Dr. Eggert for more than one broken bone as we have 4 very active children. Our daughter broke her leg skiing in 2022, and her wrist later that year, and our son recently broke his wrist skateboarding. The most recent injury led us to the new TCO Urgent Care in Excelsior. I cannot express my amazement on how quickly they were able to see my son, x-ray his wrist, and promptly get him in a splint. It was the most efficient urgent care experience of my life, in addition to being well cared for. We followed up with Dr. Eggert to get casted the following week and he was knowledgeable, patient, and pragmatic — everything you want in an orthopedic physician. We can’t recommend him enough along with all the TCO facilities.

I had a very large cyst in my wrist and into the palm of my hand. Dr. Meletiou removed the cyst and performed carpal tunnel surgery. The results were amazing, and the care was very good. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks for the great job.

Dr. Fischer and his team were great!  I was anxious going in, but they were so relaxed and put on country music for me to listen to so my anxiety quickly went down.  The way they talked with me throughout the whole procedure made me feel calm and in good hands.  I went grocery shopping with my husband after the procedure and slept so well that night.  The fact that I didn’t need strong pain medications, just a few Advil is amazing!  I just talked with another stylist here that has a claim with her shoulder and wrist and was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.  She told me her provider said she needs an EMG and would be off work for 1 month just after having her carpal tunnel surgery.  She couldn’t believe I didn’t have an EMG and that I was back to work in 4 days!  In our industry, taking 1 month off is scary as we can lose clients.  They will go somewhere else for a haircut or nail appointment.  But a week off – there is no risk of that.  I told her she needs to see Dr. Fischer.

Dr. Dwivedi is a remarkable person! Beginning with our first meeting for my carpal tunnel surgery, surgical procedure, and subsequent check-ups, Dr. Dwivedi was very personable and compassionate, and always had my well-being and recovery in mind.
