I came to TCO to seek help with sciatic nerve pain that I was not able to get addressed in a timely manner in my home area. The time between the first appointment consultation to the recommendation and execution of a cure was less than seven weeks. The result was obtained and allowed me to confidently move on with knee replacement that was also needed. The entire staff of experts I worked with at TCO are excellent and provided me with good information before and after the surgery that was required. I walked in that morning and out in the afternoon pain free. Again, this was all accomplished in a six-week window. Eight weeks sooner than I could even have been seen at our local orthopedic resources.

I recently had carpal tunnel release surgery on my right hand performed by Dr. Shashank Dwivedi. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very first consultation, he was incredibly thorough, caring, and attentive. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure to answer every question I had, putting me completely at ease.

Dr. Dwivedi’s friendly and professional demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The surgery itself went exceptionally well, and the follow-up care was just as impressive. He continued to check in, ensuring my recovery was progressing as expected.

I had been having numbness and pain in my left arm and stiffness in my neck for months. After an MRI, it was determined that I had a bulging disc in my neck and foraminal stenosis. I received the cortisone shots, but unfortunately, they didn’t work for me. Dr. Deal performed a C5-6 Cervical Disk Arthroplasty on 2/12/2025 and from the minute I woke up from the surgery the pain and numbness were gone. Everyone on the team was great and explained everything to me. I was pretty nervous, and Dr. Deal and his team made me feel comfortable. I went home a few hours after the surgery and the follow up care has been great. I’m a pilot and Dr. Deal, Nathan, and Emily have been very helpful getting me the paperwork that I need to get back to work. Thanks a lot.

From my initial consultation with Dr. O’Neill through my last follow-up appointment, my experience with him was exceptional. He patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the upcoming procedure. He and his staff were very efficient during the entire process. Dr. Mittelsteadt was excellent dealing with my anxiety over having a total knee replacement. He was kind, understanding and patient. I had the surgery and have excellent mobility with my knee now. He is a very good surgeon.

Dr. Mittelsteadt is an excellent physician. He did an amazing job on my ankle. He is knowledgeable and personable. Will definitely recommend him. He also has a wonderful staff. They, too, took good care of me. Was nice to have some laughs on surgery day.
