The past three years with a progressive arthritic hip, had been frustrating and painful, putting a real damper on my abilities and quality of life. Dr. O’Neill and the whole team at TCO are amazing. They are attentive, caring and make you feel like you are the only patient. I was walking with assistance shortly after surgery and walking unassisted 3 days later. My recovery was swift and I was back to normal life 3 weeks later. Every time I needed to speak with Dr. O’Neill or the TCO staff, they were available 24/7. I recommend Dr. O’Neill to anyone that needs hip surgery. Due to some neck issues, I had nerve pain going down all the way down my left arm. Dr. Duncan did an amazing job explaining why my nerve issues were happening. He explained my options very thoroughly, with the last option being surgery. He ended up performing the surgery and it was a tremendous success. My nerve issues were gone, the healing time for my neck went faster than expected, and I haven’t had this much neck radius movement in years. One of my other big concerns was the possible long-term scar on the front of my neck. Thankfully there is no scar at all! I can’t even tell where it was. Overall, I couldn’t have had a better outcome. I was given excellent medical advice and treatment by Dr. Duncan’s entire team.

Lindsey Brown, ATC evaluated our 15 year old son who was concussed while wrestling at a high school tournament. She spent a great deal of time with us and her genuine concern for his well-being was not just apparent during his visit, but included several calls to follow-up regarding his progress. I am a retired 66 year old who likes to be active and I’ve had knee pain for years. The pain got to the point where I knew I needed a treatment plan. After some research, I chose Dr. O’Neill and am very happy with my choice. After trying a cortisone shot, which unfortunately did not help, I ended up having back to back total knee replacements, with the first knee surgery in July 2021 and the second knee surgery in December 2021. Dr. O’Neill and his staff explained the whole process, from the surgery itself to recovery expectations, and physical therapy. Both surgeries went GREAT!!

Recovery was just as Dr. O’Neill said it would be and much easier than I personally expected. After my July surgery, I was able to go fishing at Lake of the Woods with no issues after 6 weeks. I also went on a fishing trip in Canada with friends at 8 weeks post-op. I just had my 8 week follow-up for my second knee and all is well. I am looking forward to a busy summer enjoying the outdoors.

In January 2021, I started feeling pain in my right hip. It continually got worse and traveled down my right leg to the point of limping and necessary to walk with a cane. The pain continually increased. After months of seeing a doctor for the hip pain, they referred me to Dr. Banks. In just one visit, he identified that the problem was not in my hip (it was in my back) and said we should schedule surgery. His words to me were, ” I can help you”. I had a surgery date scheduled in January 2022. After surgery, I was so surprised that all my severe pain was completely GONE! It has now been 2 months after the surgery. Dr. Banks performed a miracle on me. I am so thankful to be pain free. I will refer anybody to him for back problems.

And I decided “that’s the doctor” I want to be “my” doctor, taking care of my knees and any future orthopedic medical matters I may encounter.
