My right shoulder was so painful I could not even reach the car radio without supporting my right arm. I tried the old “just rub some dirt on it” routine, but it just kept getting worse. I finally made an appointment with Dr. Norberg and he said it would not get better without surgery. He suggested a reverse shoulder replacement and we proceeded with the surgery. The first couple days are no fun, but honestly, it was worth it. I can not only adjust the radio and heater, but do other stuff as well. I’m so happy I had Dr. Norberg do the surgery!

I had an arthritic shoulder that was so painful. I was greatly limited in my basic daily tasks and it greatly disrupted my sleep. Dr. Norberg performed a reverse shoulder replacement and I am pain free. I am able to sleep and now get back to golf. He is a wonderful doctor and has an outstanding bedside manner.

He’s an all-around great guy; super friendly, confident and very knowledgeable! I did really well after surgery, had wonderful care at TCO Wyoming, and follow-up was the best with Dr. Peterson and his fabulous team.

After years of shoulder pain and decreased mobility I started the process of having shoulder replacement surgery. Dr. Mair was highly recommended by a family member, so I chose to go with him. I feel it was the best decision. From my first appointment, through surgery and two post-op appointments, Dr. Mair was a real pleasure to work with. My surgery was a total success. I went to Dr. Hunt after being referred to him by a friend. My shoulder had deteriorated from osteoarthritis, due to wear and tear brought on by an active lifestyle. I was approaching this procedure with trepidation due to the long recovery time associated with shoulder replacement. I am now 10 weeks past my surgery date and my shoulder is doing great. I am way ahead of where I thought I would be at this time. My 2 month post-op with Dr. Hunt included an X-ray image of my new shoulder joint and everything looked great, with textbook alignment and positioning. I credit Dr. Hunt’s skill and experience with this really good outcome. Regular physical therapy is also key. My other shoulder is next on the list for replacement and I am sure I will be going back to Dr. Hunt.

I had both my shoulders replaced with Dr. Norberg. He and his team are amazing. From the first visit to the last, they treated me with the utmost professionalism, care and concern. Appointments were prompt, communication was timely, and access to he and his team was readily available. Dr. Norberg was very patient and thorough in his explanation of my shoulder issue and the surgery necessary to repair it. He took the time to address any questions, since I had and to make sure I was comfortable with the surgery and the recovery process. He did not sugarcoat the recovery process, but instead was very realistic. He was encouraging during the follow-up visits. His assessment of when I’d have mobility and be pain free was spot on. My experience was a 10/10 and I would highly recommend him.

This August I had my eight month follow-up with Dr Norberg. I received X-rays and an exam with Dr. Norberg. All of the findings were positive and he provided tremendous encouragement. My physician, PA and PT care were all exceptional and flawless. I have regained all but 20 degrees of full motion in my shoulder except for the limited motion behind my back which was expected. I have regained the strength and stability that was predicted as well as endurance (demonstrated by holding up my flute). There is no pain in the shoulder. I have referred two friends for Dr. Norberg’s care and both had very satisfactory results. I only the most favorable experiences with Dr. Norberg.

After being told I needed a shoulder replacement; I began my research finding an orthopedic surgeon at Twin Cities Orthopedics. I narrowed it down, and my choice was Dr. TJ Ridley. His reviews were excellent, and he had extensive experience in shoulder surgery. He was straight forward and never sugar coated anything. I went through the EXCEL Program at the TCO Blaine location. Dr. Ridley and his surgical team were outstanding! The recovery suite staff were excellent! I am doing great! I give Dr. TJ Ridley 5 stars! Thank you, Dr. Ridley, for your excellent care!!
