Being 53 and living an active lifestyle include hockey, hunting and a physically demanding job, I started to feel pain and loss of mobility in my left hip. A visit to a surgeon was in order. Upon leaving the consultation with a different doctor I felt like I was keeping him from something more important than me. That was not the case with Dr. Arntson. Upon leaving I knew he was going to be my surgeon. A total hip replacement was performed with the anterior approach. Amazing!! Within 8 weeks I was back to work doing my job delivering beer and ready for the fall hunting season not babying my new hip at all. I highly recommend Dr. Arntson and his staff so much that when my right side is to be replaced he will be performing the surgery.

Dr. Arntson was honest, informative and an excellent surgeon. He was clear in the objectives my partial knee replacement would achieve. He made no outlandish promises of a “fountain of youth.” I am relatively young at 53 years old and wanted a procedure that was viable to help me enjoy my work/recreational life but also allow flexibility if 15-20 years down the road if I needed more surgery.

The Dr. Arntson and staff are excellent with providing information you truly need and respecting the educational background you also possess (I worked in physical therapy 18 years and am currently Hospice RN). I am post-surgery day 3 and have not used any pain medications and have minimal swelling. Today was also my first day evaluated by TCO Physical Therapist Eric who is also eager to listen to my goals and questions following surgery. So far 6 stars out of 5!

I had my first hip replacement in August of 2017 and my second one done in June of 2018. Dr. Brian O’Neill is simply the best of the best. I had so much pain leading up to both surgeries and after both surgeries, I needed no pain meds other than Advil and Tylenol. Dr. O’Neill literally gives you your life back.

I had both of my hips replaced by Dr. Chris Meyer at Ridgeview Medical Center. I had an excellent experience and felt that I was well cared for throughout the process from Dr. Meyer’s physician’s assistant, to Dr. Meyer and his surgical team, and finally to the Ridgeview team post-surgery. I am an extremely satisfied customer!

Before surgery my hip was so painful I could not do anything without much pain. But now still every day I notice I am moving, turning, lifting, running upstairs and other movements. All I can do is smile because I remember for years these were movements I could not do that now I do without thinking about it and with NO PAIN. I am still doing my pt exercises and working up more and more strength on my bow flex and I feel better than I have in 15 or more years. Good morning, I stopped by your office in Stillwater yesterday. I was in the area and wanted to express my extreme pleasure on the outcome of my hip replacement your team performed in January of this year. I was able to tell the staff up front about complete satisfaction.

Everything I was told before my operation was spot on and beyond my expectations. Everyone on your team gave 110% and I am extremely grateful for the outcome. Prior to surgery, I was unable to sit comfortably and when getting on my motorcycle I witnessed a lot of pain trying to lift my leg over the frame. I no longer have this pain and now can sit comfortably and can now lift my knee to bend over to my other knee with out any discomfort. Another bonus is I can now walk more upright and without the pain I previously had. It is very nice to be able to take a speed walk with my wife without experiencing a fair level of discomfort/pain! Also, I was very impressed with your visit the night of my surgery….even with the snow storm.

In closing, thank you and your great team for the wonderful outcome of my surgery. I am very grateful to be able to get back to doing things I didn’t think I would ever be able to do again!

I have been dealing with osteoarthritis for a number of years. When I finally decided to do something about it, I had Dr. Arntson recommended to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor in every way. He is kind, a good listener and really cares about his patients. But, most important, he is an excellent surgeon. I have had very quick recoveries in both hips as his surgery experience is the less traumatic anterior hip replacement. Thank you Dr. Arntson, from the bottom of my heart. I look forward to better days ahead.

I had hip replacement surgery in Feb. 2018. The pain is gone, I am moving about better than I have in years. I would highly recommend Dr. Sanders and the staff at RC Hospital & Clinic in Olivia. Very good care and the result has completely exceeded my expectations. I am very glad I had the procedure done.

Dr. Owen O’Neill is without question an outstanding surgeon!!! My hip surgery from late 2017 is perfect. He diagnosed the issue with my right knee immediately and gave me three paths of treatment. If you have any waist-down issues – there is no expert better than Dr. O’Neill.
