Dr. Bircher and his team did an amazing job with my knee replacement. My pain was minimal from what I had expected. My bending range was immediately above what we had expected with the PT team. The rental of the ice and compression machine is a must for the first month of recovery. I will need to do my other knee next year and I will be having Dr. Bircher do the surgery. I have referred him to several friends that are in the same boat I am in.

I recently had both of my knees replaced by Dr. Ridley from Twin Cities Orthopedics. He was very confident, approachable, and I felt like we had a good discussion about my options. I have nothing but good things to say for the care I received from Dr. Ockuly and his team at TCO. As a retired MD, I came into this process with some trepidation. The pre-op assessment for both knees were spot-on. Both surgeries were successful. When asked if I could have the second replacement without a tourniquet, he had no problem. I am very please that I have two new knees with no leg length discrepancy. I am able to walk an average of 10,000 steps a day and have started hiking again. The care I received was superb!
