Joy Anderson, MS, RD, LD, is a registered and licensed dietitian with experience providing medical nutrition therapy in inpatient and outpatient settings. She has previously worked with individuals requiring specialty care, including endocrinology, gastroenterology, and oncology, as well as a diverse population of patients for chronic disease prevention and management. Joy is committed to a patient-centered, whole-person approach to promote health through food and nutrition. She is passionate about providing practical and sustainable nutrition recommendations to successfully optimize wellness. Her personal interests include exercising, spending time outdoors, and playing with her dog. Joy will be working out of TCO Burnsville and TCO Maple Grove.
