I highly recommend TCO and Dr. Ridley. I had a 5-star experience from my initial visit to urgent care, to being discharged from therapy post-surgery. Dr. Ridley was personable, professional and highly skilled. He did a fantastic job on my surgery and my scar is barely noticeable. I don’t want to go through another injury, but if I do, I won’t go anywhere else.

After years of shoulder pain and decreased mobility I started the process of having shoulder replacement surgery. Dr. Mair was highly recommended by a family member, so I chose to go with him. I feel it was the best decision. From my first appointment, through surgery and two post-op appointments, Dr. Mair was a real pleasure to work with. My surgery was a total success. I haven’t had any issues and my recovery is ahead of schedule. I always felt I was in great hands and had complete trust in him. It’s amazing to be able to do things I haven’t been able to do for years, and without pain or grinding. The best advice I can give anyone who is on the fence about joint replacement, is to go ahead and get it done. Stop dealing with the pain. I completely messed up my shoulder and with the help and expertise of Dr. Norberg and his staff, including TCO Physical Therapist Mike Dixey, I am well into full recovery. Dr. Norberg and his team took me on this journey professionally, with care, supporting and guiding me towards full recovery. They were always there with a smile to answer questions and reassure me that we were on the right track. I saw Dr. Norberg for my torn rotor cuff and was very happy that I chose him. He did a great job. It’s only been 8 months post-surgery, but I could never tell that I had surgery. His staff was very friendly and helpful. If I had any questions, I could call them anytime. I’m so pleased with them and my experience.

Dr. Erik Wetter performed emergency surgery for me in early August 2022. Surgery included; open treatment left femoral neck fracture with prosthetic replacement, a left anterior THA, closed treatment of left sacrum and pubic rami fractures without manipulation, and an ORIF left humerus proximal shaft.

On September 7th I had the first post-surgical appointment. Dr. Wetter was very encouraging in directing me in stretching my left humerus and shoulder to prevent a frozen shoulder. These exercises continued with OT and PT inpatient and outpatient care. The second follow up appointment with Dr. Wetter was in October. It showed additional healing, 75% with the humerus, and 80% with the pelvic area. I have been discharged from Dr. Wetter’s care after excellent, inspirational and encouraging care of my injuries and Surgeries. I truly appreciate Dr. Erik Wetter’s skillful care!

My most recent surgery with Dr. Hunt was truly amazing. I dislocated my kneecap when I was out of state, 4 weeks after my total knee replacement. I was out of network and getting quite a bit of conflicting and distressing diagnoses from medical folks in the state I was in. Dr. Hunt said to come back and he’d fix me up. I travelled back (an adventure in and of itself) and he assessed, made a game plan and got me fixed. He and his team were great. The experience was very distressing and the fact I had Dr. Hunt to help me was phenomenally reassuring. So far, he’s fixed my right shoulder, replaced both knees and did the last-minute fix up of my dislocated kneecap as described above. I am beyond grateful. He has been kind, nice, efficient, knowledgeable and fun to have as my surgeon. Can’t speak highly enough about him and his team. Dr. Hunt has also done surgery on 3 of my friends’ (knees and shoulders) and they have all had great experiences too.

Dr. Ridley completed a pectoralis tendon repair for me in June 2022. I turned to him for a second opinion on my injury and couldn’t be more thankful! He accurately diagnosed my injury and implemented a course of action to get me back enjoying activities, using my pec and shoulder as I could before. Dr. Ridley is the most caring doctor I have ever had. From calling me at home to ensure I was healing properly, to providing me with the best care I could have asked for. After suffering a torn and displaced labrum, tearing my bicep, and fracturing my shoulder in a ski mountaineering accident, Dr. Johnson surgically repaired my shoulder, resetting the labrum, removing a bone fragment from my shoulder socket, and repairing my bicep. Given the severity and complexity of the injury, the pre-surgical prognosis was a hope to regain most, but not all, use of the shoulder. The surgery was tremendously successful. One year later, I have regained nearly 100% range of motion and my strength is returning. Dr. Johnson did a truly remarkable job!
