Grant Stevens, PT, DPT, is a spine specialist at Twin Cities Orthopedics. He has certifications in Active Release Technique, spinal manipulation, and functional dry needling. This heavy manual approach has made him successful in treating the most stubborn spine pain and disfunction. He has a strong background in fitness and enjoys inspiring his patients to make lifestyle changes that keep them healthy. His number one priority is ensuring that therapy is meaningful to his patients. He has diverse experience working with chronic low back pain, CrossFit athletes, headaches, neck pain, jaw pain, and pregnancy and post-partum populations.

Grant originates from Bemidji, Minnesota and now resides in Plymouth, Minnesota. His background in sports includes football, swimming, basketball, track, volleyball, and dance which he participated in throughout high school and college. He currently enjoys a regular CrossFit routine for his everyday fitness. He enjoys spending most of his free time outside with his wife and two young daughters.
