Jake R. Foley, DPT, OCS, SCS, CSCS, is a board-certified Specialist in Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy, dedicated to helping individuals return to the activities they love. As a 2015 graduate of a Sports Physical Therapy Residency program, Jake has extensive experience working with patients dealing with complex knee issues, both post-operative and non-operative, as well as managing shoulder, hip, and foot/ankle diagnoses. He has a special interest in enhancing athletes’ ability to return to peak performance after injury, utilizing evidence-based strength and conditioning techniques and injury reduction methods.
Beyond the clinic, Jake finds enjoyment in playing soccer, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
