Jake R. Foley, DPT, OCS, SCS, CSCS, is a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy with a passion for assisting individuals return to the activities they enjoy. A 2015 Sports Physical Therapy Residency graduate, Jake has considerable experience working with patients who have complex knee issues, both post-operative and non-operative, as well as the management of shoulder, hip, and foot/ankle diagnoses. He has a particular interest in improving athletes’ abilities to return to high performance after injury, utilizing evidence-based strength & conditioning and injury reduction methods.
Outside of the clinic, Jake enjoys playing soccer, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family & friends.
