Scott Cichos, PT, DPT, received his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Minnesota. Scott utilizes an evidence-based approach combining exercise with manual therapy along with educating and motivating his patients to reach their goals in order to return to their functional, recreational, or athletic activities. Scott enjoys treating all varieties of orthopedic and sports medicine conditions, including cervical spine, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle/foot conditions. He runs the Athletic Competition Enhancement (ACE) program at Vadnais Heights for athletes looking to return to sport following lower extremity injuries. He is also certified in blood flow restriction training that he may use as a tool to aid in certain patients’ rehabilitation process. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising (lifting, running, yoga), playing basketball and softball, traveling and cooking.
