Scott Cichos, PT, DPT, CSCS received his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Minnesota. Scott utilizes an evidence-based approach combining exercise with manual therapy along with educating and motivating his patients to reach their goals in order to return to their functional, recreational, or athletic activities. Scott enjoys treating all varieties of orthopedic and sports medicine conditions, including cervical spine, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle/foot conditions. He runs the Athletic Competition Enhancement (ACE) program at Vadnais Heights for athletes looking to return to sport following lower extremity injuries. Scott is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) further assisting athletes reach their goals. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising (weight training, biking, running, yoga), playing basketball and softball, traveling, and cooking.
